Uticaj ishrane (host-shift)<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Istra\u017eujemo kako razli\u010dite vrste \u017eitarica uti\u010du na razvoj pirin\u010danog \u017ei\u0161ka.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Testiranjem <strong>12 vrsta \u017eitarica<\/strong> identifikujemo one koje izazivaju najve\u0107i stres kod insekta, meren kroz:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>fluktuiraju\u0107u asimetriju (FA) tela<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>centroidnu veli\u010dinu<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>debljinu kutikule<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cilj je da se izdvoje \u017eitarice koje <strong>ometaju razvoj i destabilizuju populaciju<\/strong>, \u010dime prirodno doprinose njenom smanjenju.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\ud83c\udf21\ufe0f O2. Uticaj temperature<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Analiziramo kako temperaturni stres uti\u010de na razvoj i brojnost populacije.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Populacije se izla\u017eu:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>optimalnoj temperaturi (26\u00b0C)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>povi\u0161enim temperaturama (32\u00b0C i 36\u00b0C)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Na ovaj na\u010din utvr\u0111ujemo da li i kako temperatura:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>naru\u0161ava razvojnu stabilnost<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>ubrzava ili ograni\u010dava razvoj<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>uti\u010de na dugoro\u010dnu brojnost populacije<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\ud83d\udd01 O3. Adaptacija kroz generacije<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pratimo promene biomarkera kroz vi\u0161e generacija (G1, G3, G6, G12).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ovaj pristup omogu\u0107ava procenu:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>brzine adaptacije<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>dugoro\u010dnih efekata stresa<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\ud83d\udcca O4. Veza izme\u0111u biomarkera i razvoja<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ispitujemo povezanost izme\u0111u:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>biomarkera stresa<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>produkcije potomstva<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>intenziteta ishrane (procenat konzumiranog semena)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cilj je da se razume kako stres direktno uti\u010de na uspe\u0161nost populacije.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\ud83c\udf31 O5. Sortna otpornost i prirodni ekstrakti<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Za \u017eitarice koje izazivaju pove\u0107an stres:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>testiramo razli\u010dite sorte<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>identifikujemo one koje su <strong>najotpornije na napad \u017ei\u0161ka<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Od izdvojenih sorti pripremamo <strong>biljne ekstrakte<\/strong> i testiramo njihov efekat na:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>smrtnost insekata<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>biomarkere<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>brojnost populacije<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u267b\ufe0f O6.
